Hi All
Terry Seabrook was our tutor last Tuesday.
We played three tunes "Hamerphilia" By Ian Hamer which is a modal type tune, "Los Cuevas De Manu" a blues in 5/4 time which was very interesting to play and the standard "Mean to me" which by contrast had a lot of chords to negotiate.
So we had a most enjoyable time together and Terry always comes up with interesting backing figures for us to play behind the soloists.
This Tuesday we have that wonderful musician and teacher Geoff Simkins as our tutor.
So please come along and join in with us.
Also the bass players and drummers amongst you if you are reading this on our blog and have never been to one of our workshops please come along will be made most welcome.
