Hi all

Last Tuesday we had a great time with Mark Bassey.

  We played Tune up by Miles Davis.  Which has a number of 11-v7 -1's played in a Latin rhythm which was fun to play?

We also looked at "Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea" which has a number of 1-6-11-v7 in several keys on which Mark played a really nice solo.

Bass player George Trebor is this coming Tuesday so why not make a special effort to come along and enjoy an evening of music making with us.

We are really lucky to get such brilliant tutors taking our workshops.   It is an opportunity to go forward and improve one's and playing and knowledge.
