Hi all

 

Last Tuesday at Mark Bassey's second workshop he reviewed the two pieces from last week (Cherokee and his piece Rhumbolero ). There was some fine soloing on both of these tunes (just as you would expect!)

We did some practice on Cherokee using a Jamey Aebersold backing track (with just bass and drums). I offered to make this file available to the group (should anyone wish to do some more work on the piece). So all in all it was a good evening.

 

This Tuesday we have keyboard player Roderick Hart as our tutor who was with us earlier in the year.

So please come and join us tomorrow and have some fun.
