Hi All
Terry Seabrook took a great workshop last Tuesday; we had a look at Henry Mancini's "The Days of Wine and Roses". We played the melody as written and then went on to each one of us playing our interpretation of the melody as well as taking solos.
The other tune was "El Gaucho" by Wayne Shorter which was unusual as it's an 18 bars sequence and a very interesting chord progression to solo over which we all played brilliantly (well I did).
We had lovely evening of playing thanks to Terry.
This Tuesday bass player Terry Pack is our tutor so please come along and enjoy the fun.
