Hi all

Roderick Hart took the workshop last Tuesday.  He brought along a bossa nova written by Paul Busby, a 32 bar structure and very atmospheric piece with some beautiful minor 9th chords, really lovely to play.

We then went on to the blues " My Little Red Top ".  We had a brief look at playing the head by ear and then we all soloed over the blues.

Roderick is with us again this week and wants to revisit My Little Red Top and suggested we all tried to learn it by ear.  It is in Eb concert and you can hear it on this You tube link:
